The 13th Annual Fun With Chalk Festival is sure to be a blast for all who come to paint or enjoy the art! Dr. Penrod is providing the Rockwell Sponsorship for the event to help support it. Fun With Chalk provides free art lessons to children, live entertainment, professional art demonstrations and more. We are excited to share in the opportunity to help support the arts and educate our city about their importance!
